Ancient Skincare Rituals for Modern Lifestyle

Step 1

Drink a cup of Pomegranate juice of your choice.

Meditate on the color, feel the energy uplifting your life force and increase the flow of your circulation.

Step 2

Cleanse your skin

Mix 1-3 pumps of Tri-Dosha cleanser with 3 drops of Rejuvenation Serum.

Pour pomegranate juice slowly into the mix while using a fan brush to whip the mixture into a foam.

Gently apply the foamed mixture to your face until completely covered.

Let sit 5 minutes.

Rinse off well.

Step 3

Spray your face with Liquid Nectar and let it sink in for 2-3 mins

Step 4

Prepare your facial exfoliant

Start by pouring 1/2 TSP of Vata Ubtan Ayurveda Herbal Powder into a small dish.

Mix with Organic Bulgarian Rose Hydrosol or your Liquid Nectar until it becomes a paste.

Gently exfoliate your skin and rinse off

Step 5

Follow by spraying your face with Liquid Nectar again.

Step 6

Turn Vata Ubtan Ayurveda Herbal Powder into a facial masque.

Mix 1/2 TSP your Vata Ubtan Ayurveda Herbal Powder with…

For Dry Skin Add 2 TBSP of Avocado
For normal skin use 2 TBSP of honey or yogurt
For sensitive skin & Vegans use 2 TBSP of coconut

Apply to face and neck. Leave on for 10 mins then rinse off

Massage your face
