Overview

The Andrea Olivera Centre for Ayurveda offers Spa Consulting, providing professional Spa Industry advice and integrating Ayurvedic principles into new signature treatments based on the themes of the client’s facility. The result: exclusive and highly effective therapies.

The Three Phases
Here outlines the assessment and consultation Process
Phase One – Assessment and consultation process

Observation of client’s most popular treatments: Andrea will undergo your service(s) to give a first-hand assessment and to gain a full understanding of your current standing and potential. This also allows her to ascertain how Ayurvedic techniques and philosophy may be incorporated into your services.

Phase Two – Spa industry training for your trainers

We train the head Aesthetician or holistic practitioner to use Ayurvedic concepts and techniques. Providing cross training as a backup to enhance the whole organization so all members can do all services equally. Development of a Retail Incentive Program to see sales as a service. Includes retail/merchandise training. Training your telemarketers and reception to develop a sales tone using the new language.

Phase Three – Exclusive signature treatment concept design

A creative process that incorporates Andrea’s expertise in Ayurveda and the Spa Industry with the themes and abilities of the client. New concept and service projected into new service menu and/or website. Launch of newsletter format.

Soiree Theme Events
Soiree A 
Presentation of new treatment, concept, and menu to in-house staff (may involve slides and handouts). Includes catered food and music.

Soiree B
A launch for the media and your clientele in similar format to Soiree A. Includes higher profile catered food and entertainment and, potentially, free gifts of services or products for the clientele. Andrea will organize the media presence.

Follow Up
After a grace period following the Soirees, Andrea creates surveys to collect customer feedback used to modify or enhance services.

Every 5-6 months Andrea will visit to undergo your service(s) for quality control. If the treatments do not follow  prescribed protocols or if they are improperly executed Andrea will offer upgrading and/or additional coaching to ensure the integrity of  The Andrea Olivera Centre for Ayurveda (AOCA)  brand.
